Your privacy

Short version: we use what you tell us to talk to you about a website for your business. That's it.

What you give us

• The quiz. Your answers (your kind of business, what you want the site to do, and so on) stay in your browser until you book a call or ask us to email your build.
• Booking a call. We keep your name, business name, phone, email, the time you picked, any note you add, and your quiz answers, so whoever calls you has them in front of them.
• Emailing your build. We keep your email, your name if you gave it, and your quiz answers.

What it's used for

• Emails about your call: the confirmation with a calendar invite, any change of time, and a reminder the day before
• Calling you at the time you booked
• Sending you the build you asked for

We don't sell or share your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

When you book or save a build, we get an alert on a phone through a notification service. It says what kind of business and which tool, never your name, email or phone number.

Signing your agreement

When you sign up with us, you sign your agreements online. We keep what you type (your business's legal name, address, notice email, your name, title, initials and typed signature), the exact text you signed, and the date, time, IP address and browser you signed from, as the record of your signature. We keep it for as long as the agreement and the law need it.

Counting visits

We count how many times our pages are opened and how many people start the quiz, reach each question, see their build and book, as plain daily totals. No cookies, no visitor ID, nothing that could tell us who you are. Totals older than 90 days are deleted.

Cookies

The public site uses no cookies and no ad trackers. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees that your browser asked for them.
