Websites for salon teams · Tazewell County, VA
Every stylist's chair, booked from one site.
Each stylist has their own services, hours, time off and calendar, and clients book the stylist they love or whoever is free first. It's $370 to build and $85 a month: our $350 build with team calendars added ($20 to set up, $10 a month).
Four quick taps shows your plan and your price, and no email is needed.

What your clients see
Their stylist, or the first one free
Clients pick a service, then a stylist who does it, or “first available” to see the soonest time anyone can take them. Days come a week at a time, times are grouped by morning and afternoon, and only the hours that stylist actually works show up.
Your Our Team page gives each stylist a profile with a “Book with” button, and every client gets a private link to check or cancel their appointment.

What the salon sees
A calendar for each stylist
- Pick a stylist to see their day, week or month, their working hours and their time off.
- Their own services: a color specialist and a barber each show only what they do.
- No double bookings: two stylists can work at the same time, but one stylist can never be booked twice.
- Requests in one place: accept, suggest another time or decline from the Today screen.
- Someone leaves? Turn their profile off and their past appointments stay in the records.
The back office has one login for the salon. Separate logins for each stylist aren't part of it yet.
What comes with your $370 build
- Online booking with team calendars: every stylist with their own services, hours, time off and schedule, plus “first available”.
- Up to five pages written for you, including an Our Team page, built to load fast on a phone, plus a business email on your own name.
- Your gallery and your menu laid out clearly, so clients know what they're booking and what it costs.
- Set up for local search, so “salon near me” and “hair salon in Tazewell County” searches can find a site Google can read.
Add-ons are priced up front and start unchecked: a reminder email the day before ($15 to set up, $10 a month) or deposits taken at booking through Stripe, refunded automatically when the salon can't take the client ($25 to set up, $15 a month). Card fees and your domain are paid straight to those providers.
An honest note
About the screenshots
Sorrel & Slate is a made-up salon we built to show this version: its stylists, prices and bookings are samples, and its photos are AI-generated. No real salon is live on this version yet, so we show you a demo instead of pretending to have a client. Want live proof of our work? Fred's Fone Fix is a real site we built for a repair shop in Richlands. Working on your own? See the version for solo stylists.
Questions salon owners ask
How many stylists can it hold?
As many as you have chairs, and the price stays the same: team calendars are one add-on for the whole salon.
Can a client ask for a specific stylist?
Yes, they can choose a stylist while booking, or tap “Book with” on that stylist's profile, or take whoever is free first.
Do stylists see each other's clients?
Everyone uses the salon's one back-office login, so picking a stylist filters the view but isn't a privacy wall. Separate logins aren't built yet.
Can I approve bookings before they're final?
Yes, each request waits for an Accept, Suggest another time or Decline, and the client hears back by email.
What do I pay, all in?
It's $370 to build and $85 a month on a 12-month term ($99 on six months), other add-ons are priced up front, and card fees and your domain are paid straight to those providers.
