Appalachian Digital

Websites for salons and barbers · Tazewell County, VA

A salon website that books clients while you're behind the chair.

Clients pick a service and a time and book themselves, day or night, and you confirm with one tap instead of answering messages between cuts. It's $350 to build and $75 a month to run.

Four quick taps shows your plan and your price, and no email is needed.

What a salon actually loses without one

Bookings in your DMs

Every “do you have anything Saturday?” message waits until you're free to answer, and by then some of those clients have booked somewhere else.

Late-night clients

Most people decide on a haircut in the evening on their phone, so the shop that lets them book right then gets the appointment.

Reviews nobody sees

Your five-star Google reviews do the selling, but only if a new client sees them on the same page where they book.

What comes with your $350 build

  • Online booking: clients choose the service and an open time, and the appointment lands in your calendar for you to confirm with one tap.
  • Your services and prices laid out clearly, so clients know what they're booking and what it costs before they walk in.
  • Your Google reviews and your Instagram on the site, so a new client sees your work and what people say about it in one place.
  • Up to five pages written for you, built to load fast on a phone, plus a business email on your own name.
  • Set up for local search, so “salon near me” and “barber in Tazewell County” searches can find a site Google can read.

Add-ons are priced up front and start unchecked, like a reminder to clients the day before so fewer chairs sit empty ($15 to set up, $10 a month), deposits taken at booking ($25 to set up, $15 a month), calendars for each stylist ($20 to set up, $10 a month) or gift cards ($25 to set up, $10 a month). Card fees and your domain are paid straight to those providers.

What we promise every client

Built here, priced in the open

You sign off before launch

We make up to three rounds of changes on your five pages, and nothing goes live until you say it's right.

Your price stays put

Your monthly never goes up unless you agree to it in writing.

It's yours

Your domain, content and client records belong to you, and you can take all of it with you any time.

Want to see our work first? Fred's Fone Fix is a live site we built for a repair shop in Richlands, and it runs on the same build your salon's site would.

Questions salons ask

Do clients have to make an account to book?

No, they pick a service and a time and leave their name and number, so there's nothing to sign up for.

Can I approve bookings before they're final?

Yes, you can confirm each one with a tap, or let open times book straight into your calendar.

I already book through Instagram. Why a website?

Instagram can't hold a calendar or take a booking at midnight, and Google sends “salon near me” searches to sites and Business Profiles it can read, so the site sends both to your open times.

What do I pay, all in?

It's $350 to build and $75 a month on a 12-month term ($89 on six months), add-ons are priced up front, and card fees and your domain are paid straight to those providers.

Do I own it?

Yes, the domain is registered in your name, and your content and client records are yours to take with you any time.
