Websites for restaurants and cafés · Tazewell County, VA

A restaurant website that takes the order before they walk in.

Customers order and pay ahead from their phone, and every order lands on a screen at your counter, so the lunch rush moves without the phone ringing off the hook. It's $350 to build and $75 a month to run.

Four quick taps shows your plan and your price, and no email is needed.

What a restaurant actually loses without one

Orders lost on the phone

When the line is busy at noon, a caller who can't get through just eats somewhere else, and nobody ever knows the order was missed.

A menu nobody can find

A photo of last year's menu on Facebook loses to the place whose menu, prices and hours show up clearly when someone searches.

Delivery-app cuts

Orders that come straight to you through your own site don't hand a cut of every ticket to a delivery app.

What comes with your $350 build

  • Order-ahead ordering: customers order and pay before they walk in, and every order lands on a screen at your counter.
  • Your menu, prices and hours on a page that reads well on a phone and that Google can read too.
  • Your Google reviews and your socials on the site, so a hungry searcher sees what locals say right next to the menu.
  • Up to five pages written for you, built to load fast on a phone, plus a business email on your own name.
  • Set up for local search, so “food near me” and “lunch in Tazewell County” searches can find a site Google can read.

Add-ons are priced up front and start unchecked, like posting this week's special from your phone ($10 to set up, $5 a month) or selling gift cards online ($25 to set up, $10 a month). Card fees and your domain are paid straight to those providers.

Want to see our work first? Fred's Fone Fix is a live site we built for a repair shop in Richlands, and it runs on the same build your restaurant's site would.

Questions restaurants ask

Do customers need an app or an account to order?

No, they order from the website on their phone and leave a name and number, so there's nothing to download.

Can I change the menu myself?

Small changes are part of the monthly care, so tell us and it's done, and add-ons like weekly specials let you post from your phone.

I already have a Facebook page. Why a website?

Facebook can't take an order or hold a menu Google can read, and Google sends “food near me” searches to sites and Business Profiles it can read, so the site sends both to your counter.

What do I pay, all in?

It's $350 to build and $75 a month on a 12-month term ($89 on six months), add-ons are priced up front, and card fees and your domain are paid straight to those providers.

Do I own it?

Yes, the domain is registered in your name, and your content and customer records are yours to take with you any time.
